Philosophy
The purpose of the Holmdel Soccer Club (HSC) is to develop, promote and provide a public, educational and competitive environment for local soccer players under the age of 19.
We believe that regardless of the outcome of games, all our kids are winners.
We believe in respect for oneself and respect for teammates, opposing players, referees.
We believe in striving to win, doing the best we can, and understanding that loss does not equal failure; it is a stepping stone to success.
We pledge to set a good example to others and to ourselves.
